Emmeline is the most precious little girl in the world! She came to our shelter as a stray and nobody came to claim this tiny peanut...she only weighs 4 lbs. and is approximately 5+ years. We believe she is a purebred Chihuahua, but she has the most unique blend of both short and long, wiry hair that just adds to her utter adorability! Emmeline needs a special adult-only home familiar with tiny, cautious dogs. She is not a fan of most men and loud, chaotic environments are too much for her. She is a great little "watch dog," though, and always barks to let us know when somebody is walking by "her" window or has entered the building. She can be a pushy little girl when she wants her way...like any true Chihuahua! Despite her small size, she may not be a good match for cats or other dogs as she does like to be the boss...it would depend on the other animals involved and their individual personalities.
