We just got a 4 bedroom house right by UW-Whitewater. Currently, the rooming situation is as follows, me (a female student) and two of my guy roommates (also students). We are looking for a fourth person to rent out the other bedroom. It is a two story house with tons of space. We are studious during the weekdays but have fun and party on the weekends. The community has two huge pools, a nicely equipped gym, and basketball and tennis courts. Another option we are willing to consider is having two people share the Master Bedroom. It has its own bathroom, shower, and walk-in closet with great amounts of space. The room is huge. We are open to either a male or a female, but we want someone that is laid-back and respectful.
